ABOUT ME
My Style & Philosophy
I came into this world as a systems thinker. I see people, places, and things within contexts of relationships, time, and space. I see problems and breakdowns through the lens of interconnectedness—individual components that make sense when understood within a larger systemic landscape. This mindset affords me the ability to skillfully notice and identify possibilities for personal development, and to design coaching outcome plans that cultivate growth and transformation.
I view the coaching process as a partnership of exploration and discovery. I see coaching conversations as collaborations that help clients evolve more fully into new ways of being—ways that better serve them and their relationships. Together, as coach and client, we explore the challenges and breakdowns you face as I guide and cultivate your capacity to access the emotional, mental, and bodily intelligence you already possess so that you can more skillfully manage life’s transitions and challenges.
I believe creativity and thinking ‘outside the box’ fosters growth, and thus I custom design and tailor each client’s development plan and coaching schedule according to their needs.

Working with Kelli over the past six months has been a life-changing experience. Her unique approach, which harmonizes the mind, body, and heart, has brought clarity and alignment to areas of my life that once felt disconnected. I have discovered new possibilities and potential within myself that I never knew existed.

MY STORY
How I Got Here
Following a ten-year career as a crisis and community mental health professional, my life-long passion for the environment, food justice, nutrition, and organic sustainable food-growing led to a multi-faceted career as an educator and youth development program designer. During this second career, I taught in traditional classroom settings and nontraditional outdoor spaces, with all ages—pre-schoolers to adults—creating socially and emotionally safe spaces for learning and growth. Currently, as the co-founder and executive director of the Plant to Plate Internship Program (plant2plate.org) in Richmond, California, I teach, mentor, supervise, and coach high schoolers and young adults. Integral coaching combines a wide range of skills that I have developed over the course of my careers, and I particularly love working with adults, providing coaching support.

I feel so lucky to have found Kelli! She is bright, warm, and insightful, and she has been incredibly helpful in helping me find clarity, set appropriate goals, and grow. I always feel supported and inspired when working with her. I love her use of metaphors and the beautiful practices she offers. I highly recommend working with her!
